UK Commercial Assistant
Main Purpose of Job:
Support UK sales team in delivering commercial targets, through proactive organisation and management of retailer and admin.

Key Responsibilities:
1 Record and track weekly sales (EPOS) data for UK customers – and report back to team on performance and trends.

2 Management of UK retailer sales forecast (excel).

3 Track and submit retailer promotional forms

4 Completion of retailer new line forms

5 Management of retailer joint business plan (JBP) excel templates

6 Management of the company's admin eg: product spec sheets

Key Technical Skills/Knowledge/Professional Qualifications Required:
1 Educated to degree level is preferable.IT / Maths / Accounting degree subjects would be of a strong advantage.

2 High level of numeracy.Confidence with solving complex data problems

3 Advanced level of proficiency in Excel.To include advanced formulas, and ideally V-Look ups and Pivot tables.

4 Additional proficiency in PowerPoint also of benefit.
