This company is a game changer in the field of men’s beauty.They offer affordable luxury products to all men to combat skin challenges and enhance their appearance and aim to become a brand leader in the men’s beauty industry.

Job Role:

Your role will be to initiate and implement the company’s commercial strategy to ensure the development of the brand to customers with the focus initially in the UK in conjunction with the long term strategic plan. The job will involve some travel as the account base is Nationwide.


Office based in Bath approximately 2 days per week with the remainder of the time with customers.


·Minimum of 4 years’ experience in new business and account management, with ideally experience in the premium end of skincare/cosmetics.

·You will have an entrepreneurial mindset, with expertise and passion for health and beauty. You will be a ‘door opener’ that is skilled at building relationships with key retailers, and prepared to take ownership to build the brand across the UK, and then Internationally.

·Communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to present both internally and across a range of customer contacts.

·Ability to plan and organise effectively across a wide range of customers and channels.

·Strong team ethic.

·Analytical ability – able to use national market, customer and internal data to create compelling selling stories for external customers.

·Degree level education or equivalent.

·A strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

·Attention to detail – creating customer proposals, promotional proposals etc.

Key Responsibilities:

·To deliver on all goals and objectives as agreed with the Founders.

·To build and manage accounts on a daily business.

·To be the custodian of all commercial customer relationships.

·To understand customers’ strategy and objectives and align with where possible with company strategy.

·Negotiate joint business plans with selected retailers in order to maximise sales volumes, turnover and profitability in accordance with objectives.

·Plan promotional activity.

·Ensure the implementation of the brand strategy.

·Market and business intelligence (reporting) – knowledge and update of competitors.

·Identify business opportunities within each account and develop plans to exploit them.

·Clearly present plans to the Founders.

·Analyse sales performance by customer and report back to the business.

·Full P&L and forecasting accountability.

·Pro-active in setting up new distribution channels.

·Understands budgeting constraints.

A clean UK driving licence will be required.
