Established in 1999 as Key Selection, Nova Search & Selection started out as a specialist insurance recruitment company.
We developed a loyal client base, and an awesome database of candidates, and we even specialised in the Credit & Political Risks insurance markets, gathering an exceptional network of contacts that provide referrals and market intelligence. We are still present in those markets today.
But as time went on and we developed our client relationships further, we found that we were continually being asked HR questions. So we listened to our clients, became CIPD qualified to give HR advice, and evolved!
